Andrew Addis, Founder and CEO

Andrew started R:SK Advisory on June 1, 2016 after Andrew’s former family business, The Addis Group, was acquired by BB&T. R:SK Advisory is experiencing early success based upon the firm’s unique service model and ownership structure. Outside of R:SK Advisory, Andrew serves in the following capacities: Kids Smiles Vice Chairman of the Board, Surrey Services Board of Directors and Chair of the Risk Management Committee, Gulph Mills Golf Club Finance Committee and The Philadelphia Club Elective Committee. Andrew is a graduate of Gettysburg College and Episcopal Academy. Andrew is married to Lauren Anrig Addis and celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary Dec 2016.  Lauren and Andrew have two wonderful children, Fern and Dalton who attend The Heritage School. The Addis’ live in Wayne, PA and aside from work and family Andrew enjoys spending his time on the golf course and squash court.
 

Grant Phillips, Managing Partner

Grant joined Andrew as his new partner at R:SK Advisory in June of 2017. Grant previously worked for State Farm Insurance for the past 7 years in Bryn Mawr, PA. He worked primarily with personal lines accounts while also assisting with customer service and claim handling. Grant enjoys building relationships with people and helping them plan and prepare for the future. Grant grew up in Lancaster, PA and graduated from Saint Joseph’s University. Grant and his wife Bridget just celebrated their 2 year anniversary in June 2017 and live in Havertown, PA with their dog Ollie. Outside of work, Grant enjoys spending time with family, cheering for the Philadelphia sports teams, and playing golf.
 

Vickie Woloszyn, Personal Lines Specialist

Vickie is the Account Manager for R:SK Advisory personal lines. Her career spans 40 years with 15 dedicated to serving as a high-end personal lines advisor. In this capacity, Vickie’s craft includes customizing and managing insurance portfolios for assets such as high valued properties, antique and rare cars, boats and yachts, fine arts and jewelry, and other items customary to high-end risk management and insurance advisory.  Previously, Vickie was an owner of an independent agency in Bozeman, MT which is 90 miles north of Yellowstone National Park. Vickie has managed agency operations, including a sizable personal lines operation, and served as a producer and account manager. She has taught National Alliance CISR classes throughout Montana. She continues to reside in Montana and in her free time she enjoys hiking in the mountains and working side by side with her husband Rick in his construction business.

Lynn Harris, Commercial Lines Specialist

Lynn is the Account Manager for R:SK Advisory commercial lines.  She has been handling commercial lines business for 19 years. Lynn is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and delights in finding solutions for her clients’ unique insurance needs. Outside of work, Lynn loves to hike, camp, fish and hunt. She is a director of a volunteer Search and Rescue organization, Oklahoma Critical Response Team, and is currently training a new pup to become a Search and Rescue K9. Lynn currently resides in Oklahoma and is a valuable asset to R:SK Advisory.
